Can you confirm if you enabled 'Entry Event Notification' setting as shown below for each sensor?
Entry notification on Smart Life App and Tablet in Disarm Mode Smart Wi-Fi Alarm System (Gen 2) - 11-Piece (No monthly fees)
Although the tablet display chimes when a door sensor is triggered in Disarm Mode, it does not send a notification to my phone on the Smart Life app.
On the tablet display, the "Entry Event Notification" is not shown for me to toggle on/off as per your instruction point No.6 on the link:

Also from the link provided, I followed instructions to enable/turn on "Entry Notification" on the Smart Life app but still I do not receive any notifications on my phone when a door sensor is triggered during Disarm Mode.
How can this be addressed?
