The OSI does have a Chime (doorbell) feature. When the door is open the Chime will sound. It will not work as both a detection sensor and chime at the same time. It will have to be one or the other. If you want to have both options then you would need install two door sensors on one door. One will act as a doorbell and the other as a detection sensor that will activate the alarm system when triggered by an intruder.
