When there is no cloud or external server communication, an external APP cannot get through. Through Airlink or Soft AP, the alarm system is connected to the proprietary cloud server, which then communicates with the Smart Life APP. Airlink or Soft AP is done ONLY when the screen is unlocked. As long as the control panel is locked with a user password (or system password), you can't access the Airlink or Soft AP screen.
