Once we have shipped your item(s) we will change your order status to shipped and an email will automatically be sent to your email. This email will have your tracking number and carrier name .

- Enter the tracking number in the offical carrier website such as (eg www.USPS.com)
- Go directly to Tracking Your Order which is also located on the main menu of www.osigodirect.com and enter your tracking number there. This tracking system will be able to track any tracking number from any major courier.
