You cannot add another control pad, but you should be able to get away with only needing one control pad and conveniently use 2 remotes included, voice control from Alexa or the app on your smartphone to arm and disarm which most people use. Due to all the different methods of being able to arm and disarm, you dont even need to have the unit close to the entry ways either.
